1. Are the learning center games listed on this website original?

Yes! I hand draw all of the artwork, and create the designs that make up the file folder games.

2. Do you have any games that are for free?

Yes! Visit KinderPrintables.com, as I have all of my free materials located on that website.

3. Can learning center games that I purchase be shared with other teachers or child care poviders?

No. Learning center games purchased via this site, and or made available through Learning Centers Club are for individual classroom use only. If you would like to share something with another teacher, please encourage him or her to visit this site. Thank you for asking!

4. Can I join Learning Centers Club at any time?

Yes you can! When you join Learning Centers Club, your subscription starts at the time your payment clears through Paypal (or after I receive it via check/money order). You will have full access to the member only area after you have created your Log In account. Materials are stored in the membership area, so you actually receive bonus materials when you join!

5. How soon after I purchase Learning Center games will I receive them?

Upon completion of the payment process, you will receive an auto-respond message from Payloadz that provides you with the downloadable links. If for any reason you do not receive the download links right away, please check your spam filter, and then contact me at KinderPrintables@aol.com. (Be sure to include your first and last name, email address that you order from, and the item that you purchased!).

6. How long do I have to download the Learning Center games before the links expire?

The download links that you will receive from Paypal are good for 48 hours. If for some reason you need more time, you can request an extention.

7. What happens if my computer crashes and I lose the downloads that I have purchased from you?

I recommend that all customers make a back up copy of their digital items. If in the event that you lose the files that you have downloaded, or your computer crashes, I will replace the download for a period of 1 month following the purchase. I have set a time limit on the downloads due to abuse of service. If you contact me several months after you purchased the item and ask for another download, I may not be able to fill that request.

8. Can I get the items that I purchase burned on CD?

Yes! I will burn and ship a CD to you for an additional $7.00 fee. This fee covers the cost of making the CD, and shipping it with delivery confirmation. This must be paid in advance of the item shipping.

9. Do you sell to customers in foreign countries?

Yes! All items are available for purchase to international buyers in U.S. currency.

10. Do you offer returns on CD's or refunds on digital items?

No. Due to the nature of the digital items, I am unable to provide refunds on any digital or CD product. This is industry standard. If in the vent that you have purchase a CD, and it was defective, I will gladly replace the CD.

11. If I join Learning Centers Club and I decide that I no longer wish to be a subscriber, how do I go about canceling my subscription?

It is the responsibility of the subscriber to cancel their own subscription via their Paypal account. Subscribers who cancel their subscription prior to the renewal date will not be removed from the Learning Centers Club membership area until the anniversary date of their subscription. Any subscriber that cancels their subscription prior to the renewal date will not receive a refund on unused subscription fees. Digital items and subscriptions are non-refundable.

12. Do you sell Learning Center games that are already put together?

Yes. I do have materials on hand that will enable me to print, cut, and laminate file folder games. This service is by request only at this time for an additional fee. Please email me at KinderPrintables@aol.com for more information.

13. I am looking for a particular subject and skill level, will you make custom file folder games?

Yes! I am always making custom materials for my list members, customers, and friends. If you are looking for something that you haven't found in my collection, or on my websites, email me at KinderPrintables@aol.com to request a rate quote. I do require as much advance notice as possible.

14. If I want to purchase items, but I do not have a Paypal account, can I still order from you?

Yes. Although I prefer Paypal payments because the materials can be delivered automatically when payments have been confimed, I can and do accept checks or money orders. Your order will be processed upon receipt of your payment, and download links or Learning Centers Club memberships will be distributed at that time. *Note* I charge a $25.00 NSF fee on all returned checks!

15. How often do you create new materials and post them to your website?

I create new materials every day. I post new materials at least once a week. Be sure to sign up for our free newsletter. This newsletter will keep you in formed of new materials, contests, and free materials.

16. What materials do I need to put the Learning Center games together after I have downloaded them to my computer?

What you need is a printer, card stock, scissors, file folders, and either a laminator with laminating film or clear contact paper. Directions are included with each learning center packet.

17. Do you only sell full color Learning Center materials?

No. All of my Learning Center games come in both full color, and in black and white. Some customers like to conserve ink by printing in black and white.

18. At what age range will your Learning Center games work best?

Most of my Learning Center games are geared toward preschool through 1st grade. All of the skills can be adapted for older play, and extra pieces are usually included as well. Each individual game or set has the age range listed next to it for convenience.
